What an awsome future herdsire! Deacon is the total package, excellent confirmation, size, bite, dense crimpy fleece. Show quality through and through. He has a beautiful sheen to his light fawn fleece which comes from his sires golden light fawn fleece. Some that have seen him or his fiber have commented that he looks like a Snowmass male. Deacon is the first born of our herdsire, Checkmate, who’s dad was imported in utero by Snowmass Alpacas. We are so pleased and excited how Deacon has turned out. Deacon is very pleasant and easy to work with and he shows real interest in the girls.
